Snow What

My kid's were kind enough to send me some pics of their surroundings today.
Sean's house as it looks today. I can't believe that everyone is getting snow but me, we're just getting rain. I guess that is the price you pay when you are a valley girl...for-sure.

Someone was generous and gave Keiran ski's. I can't believe that he already knows how to use them. Isn't that great!

Sledding down the little hill at their house.

Sean just added this pic to his face book and I stole it. They got enough snow to build this snowman.

A picture of Kathleen's back yard. Geez, everyone is getting snow but me, all I got was a(rock)rain. And to think I drove up to Tahoe just for some snow. I think it followed Lawren home.

Lawren really likes horses. Last year, for Christmas, we bought her this cute little rocking horse. This year, Uncle Ryan and Auntie Shelly bought her a dolly on a rocking horse. She just loves them.

WoW! I wonder if Nate has snow in Napa. It's supposed to get down to 28 tonight.. so we might get some snow here. You'll just have to up in the middle of the night to see it. :p
I hear the high tomorrow is going to be in the 40's. Brrrr... I'm cold just thinking about it. You're grandson sure seems to like the snow too. He must take after grandma. Cute snowman! The doll on the rocky horse is adorable.

Lawren and I made a snowman but we didn't have enough snow to make it as big as the one Sean and Keiran made. She had a blast in Tahow and our own backyard!!!

Love you,

Kathleen

I crochet too! I don't know how to knit, although I wish I did! So, basically, I haven't done a hat, but the neck warmers are pretty easy! I usually start by chaining 17 or so (how ever you want it wide) and then double crocheting in the 4th chain hole thingy... all the way across. I do enough rows to go around my neck with a little extra and then when I'm done, I do a single crochet around then entire neck warmer to add a finished look! let me know if you need more help! Get my email from my mom!

We had snow at my husband's office but not at home. It has been pretty cold......Getting into your blog has been easy the last couple of times. Before that it wouldn't load or I couldn't open the leave comment page....Wishing you and yours a joyous Christmas...
