I think the scowl on her face is from the heat. It was only 107 yesterday. I think it only got to 106 today. As I type, it is 102. The good news it that next week it is suppose to drop down to the mid 90's. One good thing that comes out of all this heat is our pool is not cold. I haven't had the desire to go out in our back yard and check the temp. but I am sure it feels close to bath water.

Well I am jealous!!! Helen Ida sure didn't stop by here on her way back. I have a guest room that would make Martha Stewart want to visit. Gee, is Chico that far out of the way?
About the taco bell tacos, if they are not made of beef, maybe I'll try one.
I've been back to work, (7 days a week) so not much time. Besides it has been too smoky to do anything. We have lived in a fog of smoke since June 12th. Some days I have to wear a mask at work. Our kids have been evacuated again from the flip house for several days now.
It still looks like the picture on my blog. Our pool water smells like smoke. There are ashes everywhere! It is really sad in Butte County. The "CAMP FIRE" is the one that has the whole town of Paradise worried. Prayers are needed, lots of them!
I will be praying for jesea g...How sad when we don't live in it how easily we forget to pray. God be with them all.
Well as for your friend. So happy they got to visit you. A few minutes is better than none I say. Sometimes I stop by peoples house give them a hug and have to leave. Remember, "Don't Blink" Happy day. Love ya.
